Male Pregnancy Trait  

I've always felt the male pregnancy experience in the Sims 4 could be improved so this is my attempt at making the gameplay a little more challenging and unique. I've approached it from the standpoint of an advanced medical procedure that a male Sim has chosen to undergo. While the trait is called Male Pregnancy, I've done my best to make it transgender friendly. Rather than using male/female as my test condition, I'm using pee standing up/can be impregnated, although many of the moodlets use he/him as pronouns. These must be set in CAS (can be impregnated/use toilet standing) in order for the trait to work. It comes in two different versions:

• Male Pregnancy: The "base" version of the trait that includes the moodlets, skill/career increases, social interaction and event
• Male Pregnancy (Extreme Anatomy): Along with the "base" version of the trait, male sims will develop breasts during their second trimester. If above a certain weight threshold after the baby is born, there will be a moodlet (The Heir... but the Spare...) warning that the change may linger. If the weight is lost before the moodlet expires, the sim's physique will return to its pre-pregnancy state. If not, the change will remain until after the next pregnancy, where the opportunity presents again

Only one of the files is required, so choose the version that best suits you. I do not intend to re-create this trait for women.

Available for Teens though Adult, Sims with the Male Pregnancy trait will:

• Gain skill points in Handiness, Photography and Parenting more quickly (x1.3)
• Advance in the Babysitting, Scouting, Freelance Artist, Freelance Programmer and Freelance Writer careers faster (x1.3)
• Sims with whom they are romantically involved will become flirty around them when they are not pregnant and autonomously proposition to woo hoo/try for baby more often
• Sims with whom they are romantically involved will experience sympathy-related pregnancy symptoms during the first and third trimester of the pregnancy
• Sims with whom they are not well-acquainted will become very uncomfortable in their presence while they are pregnant
• Have an expanded, 50+ custom moodlet experience, most of which occur during pregnancy
• Have the opportunity to participate in a custom baby shower event
