This is the foundation for all my Food & Drink mods. It has resources that are shared across multiple Food & Drink mods and it keeps them from becoming bloated with duplicate items.

This set includes: a split system, a radiator on wheels, a table fan and two new thermostats with outdoor air conditioning.

Sometimes it happens that in your house children behave badly, do not obey, play pranks. Punish them - but they are not your children, and nothing can be done about their behavior!

This is a career mod, This mod starts off with Trust Fundie and from there you can branch off into "daddy's favorite" Or decide to work for your family's business and eventually become the CEO, or you can be an entertainer managed by your family's business.
