Venue Memberships and Lot Fees

I had a lot of people make add on requests for my Simulation Is Not Free mod including fees for lots and membership fees. Some people wanted a plug and play solution and some people wanted membership fees so this is my attempt at trying to accommodate both of those requests. 

Features:

Lot Fees for Venue Types: 

Sims pay a flat fee upon entering lot. Flat fee varies based on discounts available including memberships and passes. You must put the Lot Fees lot trait on the lot for this to take place. 

New Lot Traits: 

Bowling Alley, Skating Rink, Cinema

Memberships: 

Sims now have the option to purchase memberships (i.e. gym membership) or admissions discounts (i.e. members receive 40% off admissions) to certain venues on the computer. Your membership/discount pass lasts 10 days. You will receive a reminder that your membership/discount pass is near its expiration and can renew. If you don't, your membership/discount pass will expire and you will receive a notification of expiration but you can still renew at a later time.

Compatibility

Requires Base Game only but you must have the appropriate packs for things like Spa fees or Arts Center fees. Skating Rink Lot Trait requires Seasons, Bowling Alley requires Bowling Stuff, and Cinema requires Movie Hangout Stuff.

*LMS has a similar mod that let's you decide how much to charge so if you want more control I highly suggest using hers! My memberships, however, will not work with her mod since the prices are variable and player controlled. You can have both our mods in game and they won't conflict but they will double charge if used on the same lots.*

Membership/Discount Pass:

Your sims have the option to buy memberships to venues that will make it so that they only pay a one time membership fee (lasts for 10 sim days before it must be renewed) OR it will make it so they have discounts on admissions for the duration of the membership fee (10 sim days). Memberships/Discount Passes are as follows:

Health

Gym Membership (only): $150 

Spa Rewards Membership (spa and onsen only):  $500

Health Pass (gym, spa, and onsen): $400

Arts

Arts Pass Discount: $50 for a 40% off membership to Museum and Arts Center

Entertainment* 

Cinema Stars Discount: $35 for 25% off membership to the Cinema

All You Can Bowl Pass: $75

*Pool Pass: $175 for a 30% off to the Pool

* This membership covers the entire household.

Other Discounts:

Toddlers are free

Children get a 40% discount

University students get a 20% discount

Lot Fees (without memberships or discounts, charged per sim on lot entrance):

Gym Day Pass Fee- $35

Movie Admissions Ticket Price - $15 (works if you have either my Cinema lot trait or LMS Cinema venue)

Spa Day Pass - $125

Onsen Day Pass - $125

Museum Admissions Fee- $10

Bowling Lane and Shoe Rental Fee - $ 25 (works in a bar or generic or with the Bowling Alley lot trait)

Skating Rink Skates and Admissions Fees - $20 

Pool Day Pass - $15

Art Gallery Day Pass- $10

Karaoke Bar Door Fee - $20

Nightclub Cover Charge- $15

Lounge Cover Charge- $30

Bar Door Fee - $10

Generic Lot Fee - $15

Beach Daily Fee (Parking and Umbrella/Chair/ Activities Fee): $15 (per household)

*****My lot traits take precedence over venues. For example, if you have the Lot Fees lot trait and the Bowling Alley lot trait on a Bar venue lot, it will not charge bar cover, but it will charge bowling alley fees as it assumes since you placed the lot trait that's the type of "venue" it really is. This applies to generic, bar, club, lounge, and karaoke bar venues.*****

If you want lot fees on entrance and memberships download (VenueLotTraits_VenueFeesandMemberships). Memberships/Discount Passes are not required to use the Lot Fee lot trait.

If you want both, download both! 

Make sure to grab the General Pie menus and the Shared Library script if using Venue Fees and Memberships. They are REQUIRED for that mod to work.
