- You will have to listen to praise or, conversely, angry reviews about your hotel, as well as various requests and wishes. For example, someone can complain about a dirty room or that they prepared a tasteless dish for him, or even ask not to serve a dish of red beans next time, because from him there are continuous uh gases .. Just lock the doors to the kitchen from the guests, so they don't carry their own food. As soon as the guest gets hungry, he will want to eat, so keep an eye on the needs of your tenants.
Just don't forget to clean your room! Otherwise, there will be many dissatisfied guests.
- Depending on the contentment, the star rating of the hotel will also grow. Well, of course, pumping certain skills will also affect.
- And the guests can also give gifts to the owner, it all depends on their character and satisfaction.
- In general, keep track of the satisfaction of your tenants and charge them on time. Room billing occurs at noon every day through a menu of friendly interactions.
