Magic Rituals at the Séance Table

The Rituals require a minimum of 3 witches (or vampire witches) to be used, you can have up to 4 casting spells together.
There are 12 new rituals +1 (the Rite of Ascension, you need to have the spell unlocked for this).
Rituals can, and will fail:
Your witches will become better at it in time (there is a hidden skill behind). Most of them don't have big consequences on failure (one exception is the Rite of Ascension, that has a big consequence, we'll see later)
Most of the Rituals have a personal gain (reset age, increase fame, increase reputation) but also have effects on the sims around if present.
If there are non Spellcasters around during the ritual, they will react to it... and assist to it (mostly, scared by it)
Performing a ritual outside of the Realm will always start a storm or a blizzard (in winter), it will go away if the ritual succeeds.
There are two Rituals to change the Ecofootprint, it takes a while for it to actually change.
The Rite of Ascension is the only one that has effect only on the sims around, and you cannot chose on who, so be careful... all the sims near the table that are not occults will be turned into Spellcasters (vampires into vampire witches), if this ritual fails, something bad will happen to them instead (they'll be all turned into vampires).
The master perk in the relative school reduces the risk of failures.
