Less Random Hats and Accessories
Disables most hats and glasses and some accessories from being randomly assingned to newly generated NPCs.
Note: EA clothing that has been assigned for use with this mod will be seen as CC by the game. If you want to create a Sim to share in the gallery, temporarily delete the mod. You can also save already existing Sims anew after deleting the mod. They will than show as CC-free.
Dark Hair for Asian Archetype Sims
This is a workaround for players that have City Living and Snowy Escape and have grown tired of the platinum-blonde haired Asian sims populating the worlds.

Animated Bunk Bed / Bunk Bed Update + New Designs
Mattresses and frames are separated from each other, so you can use different color combinations. 4 more colors have been added to help you create a truly cozy interior. The bunk bed is now available in 9 different designs. Your Sims will definitely love sleeping on them.

I absolutely love City Living and I decided to unlock some special shells that can be used to recreate pre-made apartments and penthouses! This mod allows you to use these shells as elevator portals, adding an aesthetic touch to your builds.
