Gem Trait (Steven Universe)  

When making any of the gems from Steven Universe in the Sims I found that I wanted them to, well, be more gem-like. So I threw together this very simple trait mod. This is intended to be very generic and does not exactly match individual characters from Steven Universe.
It can be found in the Lifestyle category in CAS. Available teen to elder.

For those of you who don't know what I'm talking аbout:
What is a gem? A gem is an alien race from the American cartoon show, Steven Universe. Gems are highly advanced AI who never age, change or grow. They don't need to eat or sleep but can if they so desire. They do not reproduce as they are technology, but can through complicated shape shifting if an organic partner is involved.

What this trait mod contains:

Trait effects
When given the Gem trait, a sim's hunger, energy, bladder and hygiene will never decay.
A sim will gain all mental, physical and athletics skills three times faster.
Sims will not age.

Buffs
A sim with the Gem trait will receive the following buffs:
A fellow gem! (From being near a gem) - Organics are nice, but it's good to be in the company of another gem. (+10 happy while being near another sim with the Gem trait)
Near Organics (From being near a human) - Organics are... fine. (+1 fine while near a sim without the Gem trait)

Broadcasters:
Whoa! A gem! (From being near a gem) - It's not every day that you get to see a real life alien! (+5 inspired when near a sim with the Gem trait if the sim does not have the trait them self)
