Snowball/Waterballoon/Mud fights small tweak
This mod tweaks Snowball/Waterballoon/Mud fights and make them a little bit more dynamic. Basically, this mod removes reactions when hit or miss wich makes them take turns faster (they will still react when critically hit). Changes are more noticeable when there 4 or more sims in fight. But 1v1 also should be a little bit better.

SimCity Loans 2.0
Your sims (teen and up) can now apply for loans from SimCity Bank. When your sim needs a loan have them click on the computer and select SimCity Loans. From there you will select which loan amount you want.

Children Can Live Alone After All Elders Died
Ever wonder why the children cannot live by themselves? Even we can use the cheats like "motherlode" or "rosebud" to add money to household, the game system didn't support the children to live alone.
Walk Style Disabled
Two small mods that disable the goofy and sleepy walkstyles. I can't stand these two, but am often to lazy to change them on every townie.
