Security Settings on More Objects (25.07.2023)
Nothing fancy just maxis security lock applied to more objects, I started because I wanted to lock the guitars, I ended up adding the security settings to a bunch of objects.
Currently covered:
Karaoke machine, Arcade Machine, Basketball Hoop, Battle Station, Water Ballons Bucket, Cauldron, Chess Table, Dartboard, DJ Booth, Dollhouse, Table Games, Easels, Instruments, Foosball Table, Gaming Mat, Hot Tub, Massage Chair and Table, Stereo, TV, and a couple more. I may add more in the future.

Ask to Eat and more [Jul 23, 2023]
Now you don't have to worry about your guest or family member going hungry! With this mod, you can ask a specific character to take a serving of food or drink. Also, you can ask him to take medicine, take a serving of popcorn, ice cream, or drink a drink from the kava root.

Instant Project
The True "Instant" Cheat or Trait that will make your gameplay a bit less frusturating. I scour all the file that labeled instant from all the platforms there isn't any choices on actual instant so this is only page that promotes that.
Decor with a Purpose: Functional Bath Towels
With this mod sims can dry off to a few wet uncomfortable moodlets or change into a towel manually. They can also use the hanging one to change out of a towel (which they will also do autonomously if left to their own devices).
