Bye Bye Zebra (No Random Illness)
Another small tuning package to disable random illness from your Sim.
I just updated it from weerbesu because it has been broken for a while and he deleted the post. Again, I don't own any game tuning. If weerbesu wants to update and repost it, I will delete this.
If you have SOL and you got random illnesses from that, you need to remove KS - SOL Sickness System instead of using this because this has nothing to change SOL. Also, you won't need this if you use SimRealist's Private Practice or adeepindigo's Healthcare Redux. (Highly recommend their mods!)

Lot Property - Haunted Locations
This property has been exported from the new lot type, which is responsible for gameplay functionality. The property does not override the original lot type and if, for example, you want spirits to appear in apartments, you can implement this in the game using this mod.

Better Bee Radius
Seasons added bees which can improve plants by pollination, which was a super cool feature. However, they can only do so for plants that are within 5 squares of the bee box. This small mod allows bees to improve plants around the entire lot!
