Maxed Skills will make sure all your staff that you hire for restaurant, vet or retail are at their highest skills so no need for training
Please note: I noticed at the vet still showing training required, the staff are a maxed skills as I have tested if they level up and they don't level up. Also if you remove the mod and you have employed Teens then you will need to reemploy some new replacements
