Extended Fat & Muscle Sliders - ALL Flavors
Since I got plenty of requests on my old blog asking if this mod still works, or if it needed updating, I figured I’d update it anyway and also add new flavors. So here it is, the Extended Fat & Muscle Sliders mod, updated to the April 6th patch, and with flavors going from 1.25x up to 3.0x (before it only went up to 2.5x 2.0x, apparently. Which makes this an even bigger upgrade, hehe).
The download link below has all the flavors in one .zip file, but you may only put ONE flavor in your mods folder. Not two, not three, one!

Child Head Shape Preset N1-8
Does not completely replace the head but sets the trajectory of its changes. The result depends on the presets you choose (cheeks, jaw, chin). I recommend trying different options to find the best one for you.

Lip Fullness Slider & Msblue Skintone Set V3 Overlay
Made the slider earlier this year when I was really nitpicking about the lip presets I made, especially the asymmetrical ones, and realized that I didn't pay enough attention to the profile look and that's why a lot of my lip presets are pretty flat.
Preset — Compass • 3.0.8 ReShade preset
Compass is a neutral and saturated preset with strong MXAO and deep blacks. It has denoise and glow filters to give it a smoother, dreamier look. It makes all colors more vibrant including skintones, if you’d like a more true to game look you can easily disable those settings.
