Srsly's Modding Resource - 2.0.3
**THIS IS A MODDING RESOURCE, IT DOES NOTHING ON ITS OWN!**
This mod was formerly known as: SCCOR (aka Srsly's Complete Cooking Overhaul Resource)
It was renamed to cut down on confusion of what exactly this is used for.
If you have SCCO installed, you do NOT need this resource, it is included in SCCO.
What is Srsly's Modding Resource?
This mod allows modders to use custom enum tags in crafting recipes. It adds many new tags that can be used in any type of recipe, including cooking, woodworking, fabrication, alchemy, and more. In other words, you can use these tags for any crafting recipe in the game or in the future.
As a user, this feature lets you use the "Any Ingredient" type when a recipe is created. For example, if a recipe calls for "Any Cheese," you can use any cheese item from EA or other creators. Without this tag, you would only be able to use a specific item mentioned in the recipe. With this tag, you can use as many items as you want, and they will all be compatible with each other.
What all does this resource do?
At this time Srsly's Modding Resource does the following tasks. If more features are needed in the future this list will be explained upon.
-
Custom Ingredient Enum Tags - Adds 100s of crafting related tags that can be used when crafting recipes.
-
Custom Purchase Menu Enum Tags - Adds many different purchase many tags that you can use to sort objects into SCCO's or Go Shopping's purchase menus.
-
Custom Recipe Ingredient Map - Adds a snippet controlled ingredient map to allow prepped and fresh ingredients to be swapped when calling for a custom enum tag. This was introduced with the Home Chef Hustle pack.
-
Custom tags on EA Ingredients - Adds all tags from the doc on EA ingredients when applicable tag could be used on the item. These are handled via script, so they are compatible with object overrides.
-
Custom Ingredients List Capabilities - Due to the Home Chef Hustle pack, custom tags are handled differently when relating to crafting recipes. This new snippet can be created by modders for their recipes to once again be able to use custom enum tags and use the "prepped/fresh" ingredient swap in their recipes.
