Move Master Chef to Intellect
This is my very first mod for 7 days so it may break any number of things, so backup your saves before installing.
That being said, this mod only touches the master chef perk and nothing else so I hope it can't break anything.
If anyone has a request for a different attribute to move Master Chef to, leave a message in Posts and I'll consider making it.
