Adds new body tattoos to Unique Tav.

This mod removes the spikes from the Tiefling female type 1 and type 2 body. I am fairly new to modding and so the mod isn't perfect but I did my best. The spikes kept creeping me out and looking at other people's comments from different sources, I wasn't the only one.

A patch for the BG3 vanilla outfits to use it with my Stylized Beautiful Body for Female mod.
