Disclaimer: This mod is for people having stuttering issues, if you aren't then you probably shouldn't use it since it has some slight concessions. This mod will benefit mostly people with low VRAM or slow HDD drives

Installation
1. Put the "~mods" folder of your selected preset inside the Paks folder located at your games directory
