A Russian rework of the player voice addon from AyyKyu for Anomaly 1.5.1.

Hi everyone,
I've reworked my original ported "VOICED ACTOR" addon that AyyKyu released. A special thank you goes to Grokitach and Dhatri for adding the framework for muffled audio!
This is the original Russian voiced actor addon, which replaces the English dialogue with a more lore-friendly Russian dialogue. The original addon can be found here.
My changes include:
- NEW! Re-added command wheel voice-lines thanks to Arszi's updated companion script;
- NEW! Added cues for tiredness;
- Muffled audio that's used when you put on a helmet or masked suit;
- Audio cues for hunger and thirst;
- Added variation of audio to avoid repetitive lines;
- Finding the appropriate lines for each English file;
- Adjusting the audio levels for some of the files;
- adding AWR dialogue when taking guns/armour apart; and
- editing the contents of a few files for a bit more variety.

Changes the actor portrait to actually match the actor's appearance. There were many examples of just completely wrong portraits being assigned to outfits, for example the freedom leather jacket used the freedom SEVA portrait or one of the merc suits having no portrait at all.
