Toasted Fuzz

Lightweight change to Burnt Fuzz. Should now only cause damage when sprinting or jumping nearby. Compatible with any game version.

WHY THIS EXISTS AND WHAT IT DO

I never liked Burnt Fuzz's default behavior in Anomaly, but disabling it entirely seemed excessive. Slightly reduced the activation radius, and increased the minimum actor speed required to activate. Should now only activate when the actor is sprinting or jumping nearby. No longer will Fuzz reach out across time and space to zap you. For example of the new radius, sprinting/jumping over the cement block in the thumbnail screen (Cordon tunnel) would not damage you, but sprinting around it will.

This will make several locations that rely on Burnt Fuzz somewhat trivial (Many abandoned buildings use it as their main hazard), but also keep you from getting hit through walls etc.

Ideally I would like to have them activate on direct contact at jogging speed so you still have to walk carefully through low-hanging ones, but that is for another day.

NOTES

!! If any Fuzzes still activate unexpectedly, please let me know and I can try to make it work. No promises. Note that there are several places where Burnt Fuzz and Gas anomalies coexist, and they share damage type and sound.

!! If your game has a modified actor move speed, this will probably not work as intended.

!! This is incompatible with "disable burnt fuzz" addon, for obvious reasons. Any other addon that modifes zone_burntfuzz.ltx will have to have a couple lines changed, check README for info.
