Faction Relations Reworked V1.5.X

A brand new world to explore! New RP-based friends & enemies.

Welcome to FRR! This mod aims to create an alternate (universe) RP feel,
with perhaps some old ties (un)broken and yet completely new and logical ones emerging, making for some huge new factions with many sub groups.

[NOTE: The base values of Relationships have changed, of both 'Actor' and NPC factional behaviour. But it's the most immersive to play with Dynamic Relations ON from this point forward as well as starting with a new save/clean install of Anomaly.]

With this mod you will find that:

Those with a (Para)Military stance, have strengthened their ties in an attempt to
contain the growing Stalker population which is now banding together in ways of their own:

[ARMY & DUTY are Allied with each other, and both are Neutral with the called in supporting NATO forces of UNISG.]

Those with a free will and a free mind, chose to settle their differences and stand together to preserve exactly that, and their home ground:

[BANDITS, FREEDOM, FREE STALKERS, and RENEGADES, are all Neutral with each other! However, none are actually allied.. making this the biggest but also
most volatile group to encounter, which might just implode or flourish all on it's own.]

One Scorcher to rule them all.. the Sin and Monolith have joined forces! and made an Alliance of their own:

[SIN & MONOLITH are Allied with each other, some would call them the ultimate form of Sith, and some would call it a simple slave/master dividation.]

Clear Sky has taken to subordination in order to ensure it's own survival, at least for now.. will you betray those aligned with you and lead them to former glory? as:

[They are Allied with the ARMY, and Neutral with DUTY. They don't very much like the UNISG folks though, as despite their mutual neutrality with the Army and Duty, they nearly pushed a deal through which would
have seen them evicted from the Great Swamp and their base of operations, in favour of establishing a dedicated NATO HQ. This is perhaps part of the reason Csky sought
to make themselves 'invaluable' to the Army and maintained ties with the Mercs.]

The Ecologists have taken great care to preserve their neutrality for the most part throughout the changing landscape, though some relations did sour:

[They are Neutral with ARMY, DUTY, CSKY, FREEDOM, and UNISG. Allied with none, and frequently targeted by the rag-tag group of 'Free folk' as well as Mercs for their valuables, it's become a real challenge to bring home the goods!]

And finally, the Mercenaries have fallen out of favour severely after a botched hit on a high-profile target, which had consequences for multiple parties involved.
Especially considering the fact that it was unsanctioned to begin with, they now stand nearly on their own:

[They have managed to preserve through old contacts, or otherwise 'buy' their Neutrality with: UNISG as NATO was not involved in the matter, the ARMY because
they agreed to fund their new equipment in a massive one time deal, and CSKY based on 'mutual survival'.]

In my opinion this makes for a whole new yet natural feeling game with interesting Faction composition and the ability to experience.. something.. new.

Such as Bandits and Free Stalkers sharing a bottle by the fire, brothers in Black and Brown :)

Having lost access to Rostok but having secured everything below, and up and around to what is now known as 'Freedom Valley' (Army Warehouses).
Though the path through the Truck Cemetery is indeed a dangerous one, at least this links everyone up with The Barrier.
With Freedom and Renegades as their pals as well, their combined Stalker-numbers have increased dramatically, and with proper leadership..? They stand a good chance
against the well-trained and now united forces that oppose them.

(Final note:

This may not be for everyone, but remember you can choose to customize it further yourself should you wish it!

For me personally, I see so much RP going on here and so many interesting new challenges to be faced in game. :)

Sprinting with a helmet increases the stamina drain, sometimes significantly. This script automatically removes your helmet when you sprint and puts it back when you stop sprinting. Includes an indicator in the status hud when the helmet is removed.
