This time, I created a Family Apartment Complex in Del Sol Valley. The complex consists of four fully furnished affordable apartments, each with its own garage, laundry room, and playground. I hope you'll like it!
Apartment 1: This apartment is ideal for a young couple with an infant.
Apartment 2: This apartment is perfect for a large family. It is colorful and cozy.
Apartment 3: This apartment is designed for a single mother with a toddler.
Apartment 4: This apartment is suitable for a single father with two kids. The father enjoys doing odd jobs.

Badeni Palace (no CC)
Badeni Palace is the family estate of Polish Count Stanisław Badeni in Koropets, Ukraine. During its existence, the palace changed more than one owner. The building got its final appearance in 1906.
Cozy Ranch
A cute cozy ranch for your Chestnut Ridge sims! There is a sizeable garden, as well as one horse bed and a nectar making station. There are a couple of other items for your sims to skill build such as computer and guitar as well.
Modern Horse Ranch
This house is made for a family with one child (infant). It was built on Red Roan Field lot (64x64) in Chestnut Ridge. The house also has an office and a wine room.
Werewolve family home
A small cabin for a small family of werewolves. Situated right next to the forest of Moonwood Mill, any nature lovely sims would thrive here.
