Club Trident
Call this a rough draft. It is fully functional but there is a lot I want to do, using this club as a basis for a dynamic CC package.
Built to replace the Stargazer Lounge in San Myshuno. Three levels; Main, Mezzanine, and Luxury Penthouse Apartment. The main floor consists of the bar and club. All the basics to operate a WW strip club. More entertainment on the mezzanine level. Outdoor resort area and pool. This is my basic penthouse club - I intend to create custom content and improve it in the future. #moveobjects before placing.
The Ojai House
The Ojai House is a beautiful Spanish style country house with an amazing landscape. A great place to vacation or live with your Sims. It's a 64x64 build. I wish you a lot of fun with it.
Mt. Komorebi home
For this collaboration I wanted to create something Japanese inspired and I thought Mt. Komorebi should fit so well. So I made this little, kind of Japanese house in the middle of the city center of Mt. Komorebi.

A small but very cozy apartment for Christmas lovers, every corner of which is decorated and gives a festive mood to residents and guests of the apartment.
