TwistedMexi's More Rentals v1.1
EDIT: v1.1 Fixes the Room Menu for the May 2024 patch.
This is a new mod that allows you to have more than 100 rental units in your game. Currently, I have set the limit to 250, but this number may be increased in the future, as we learn more about any potential consequences of going beyond 100.
This mod has completed a week-long beta test and a 3-week early access period without any reported issues. However, it is still recommended that you use this mod with caution, as the For Rent system is relatively new territory. Just in case, make sure to back up any saves you care about.
If you do encounter any issues, please report them on the Discord server.
**Notes:**
* Enables 250 rental units per save.
* Allows you to place rental lots from the gallery with up to 250 units.
* Units on a single lot are still limited to 100.
* You still need to enter the 'bb.increaserentalunitcap on' cheat code to exceed 6 units on any single lot (exceeding 6 units on a single lot is not recommended due to an early access bug unrelated to More Rentals).
Install Instructions:
1. Open the zip file below and drag the Tmex-MoreRentals.package to your Mods folder.
2. Your save's rental caps will automatically be bumped to 250 max.
More Efficient Pet Brushing

40 traits / Traits Bundle
This bundle adds 40 traits to your game! These traits focus on building relationships, needs, and skills! Some of these traits can mess with relationships, needs, and skills. No buffs are added to these traits, making it safer and less likely to have LE bugs in your game.
