Get Rich Quick Mod
This mod will give your Sims a new email account called "GeezMail". There are two folders in GeezMail, Spam folder and Inbox folder.
The Spam folder is packed with shady offers that have a high potential to rip you off. Pick the right offer and you'll earn a profit on investment. There are different types of "opportunities". You can attend different Get Rich Quick seminars via rabbithole. Invest is sketchy deals, or enter a sweepstakes.
If an investment happens to actually give you a profit, check your inbox for the money. (Known issue: once a payment arrives to your inbox it's there until the buff is gone. That will be fixed soon)

Tiny Education Overhaul
This is, in fact, a very tiny education overhaul. I split it into multiple parts so you can freely pick between all the changes. Free education for all. All university classes and electives are free. You'll still have to pay for housing, though.
Road to Romance v1.1
Coming in a future update: "Ask to Go to Bed Together" (for couples to go to sleep at the same time!), a new kiss interaction. Update notes: v1.1 - now with a new mood, "Affectionate"! + 5 extra interactions + some little oversights have been fixed.
