Swift & Quicker Programming (x10 & x15!)

This mod aims to tremendously speed up the programming process, by upwards of approximately 10x, whether it be plugin making or app developing. No longer must you endure the plethora of in-game days watching your sim lifelessly sit at their desk for hours. Now, it's merely a matter of a few minutes, or seconds, of in-game time. Enjoy a far more efficient and less time-consuming alternative.
This mod essentially accelerates every aspect of programming, so you don't have to waste your time. Of course, other than the endless monetary opportunities, this can also be utilized to garner fame quickly. This also applies to the freelancer career as well.

Maintenance Mod - Handiness Made Useful
This mod adds autonomous or intentional interaction to any breakable/repairable item by allowing you to do maintenance on them. Maintenance is valid when the object's condition is low but has not reached broken.
