- Some of the plots from the developers have been rebuilt, new buildings have been added that fit into the style of each of the districts of the city;
- In saving over 100 brand new characters, some of them were created on the basis of characters from The Sims 2, adults have a career;
- Characters from EA received a makeover;
- Save created WITHOUT using CC material;
- Requires all add-ons, sets and catalogs except "Paranormal".
