Again hand-drawn referencing from screenshots so those might not be very accurate. I tried to get them to work with ts4 head as best as I could.

Was reading Chou to Hana no Kankeisei (super good, do recommend) and the top had a womb tatto. i thought that was pretty hot so i made womb tats for masc framed sims. fem womb tats coming soon possibly? idk.
