The Great Sandbox Mod  

Welcome to the Great Sandbox Mod!

This is an alternative history, or rather sandbox, mod with all nations in the world balkanized into smaller or larger states. However, the names are merely placeholders for the nations they represent, as all history, context, events etc. have been scrapped in favor of a "clean slate" type of world. And you know what, screw it, there's no massive essay of new sweaty lore you have to learn to be able to play this mod. The design philosophy is very simple - just plug and play, for this world is your oyster! Make up your own backstory or view the mod for what it truly is - a great sandbox mode for HoI4. All over the mod you'll also find enhancements of vanilla features, many of which are previewed in the pictures on this mod page or down below in the features list.

Okay, so I realize I might be forgetting about half of the stuff that I've implemented, but this list will suffice for now as it contains the most significant features...

Compatability

This mod is large and edits many vanilla files. Compatability is severely limited. I do however recommed playing with whatever the latest version of the Toolpack mod is, as well as the State Transfer Tool. I guess it's also worth mentioning that I only playtest the mod with all DLCs activated.
