Merge Customization
Mod comes with sp_merge_unit_skins.py script, that is slightly improved version of Silent's skin merge script, with more verbose error reporting and few minor additions. Feel free to use it for other merges!
If you want to be able to switch between different hair options in-game, install desired ones and run sp_merge_unit_skins.py to update merged.ini
