Diaper Mod  

Here's a little surprise that I was recently suggested: the Killing Antidote Diaper Mod!

The game is incredibly mod-friendly, and it already offers a wide range of outfits for the main character. Modding it has been a lot of fun!

The Killing Antidote is developed by an independent studio and has received excellent reviews. If you want to try it out for yourself, a free demo is available on Steam.

I've modded a few clothing models and added some unique diaper variations to the game.

To make the mod work, simply place the "TKA_DP_Mod" file in the "Mod" directory in the game. If you want a messy bum tattoo, you can also add the "TKA_Messy_Bum_Mod" and customize the diaper model using one of the variations.

[Edit 02/02/2025] Fixed briefs materials. Added color customisation to most of the modded diapered clothes. Small fixes.

[Edit 07/02/2025] Added 2 other tattoos and renamed the messy bum mod "tattoo mod". It now contains : messy bum, powdered bum, red bum and blushy face tattoos. Added a pullup down model and a plug to the main file.
