Supernova Patch v3.0

Supernova is the highest difficulty level in The Outer Worlds. In addition to the fact that the enemies become more merciless. It ups the ante by hindering the player in several ways, including save limits and fast travel.

This patch by user Expired6978 allows the player to save and fast travel without restrictions even in Supernova mode, as well as reconfigure the difficulty settings for each case.

Giving more freedom to the player is always welcome and is a great example of how a modder gives us options that the developers themselves might have overlooked.

Optionally Patches Saving anywhere, Fast Travel anywhere, and forces a particular difficulty

How to install:

Extract to the same directory as the game executable:
TheOuterWorlds\Indiana\Binaries\Win64

Alter overrides.ini to which patch you want applied

bSaveAnywhere
Allows you to save anywhere regardless of difficulty
Added bonus, this patch code flow also allows you to sleep in any bed

bFastTravelAnywhere
Allows you to always fast travel

iDifficulty
Allows you to force a particular difficulty, you can use this to go back up to Supernova from a lower difficulty (Have not tried going to up to Supernova if the save was not originally created at that difficulty)
iDifficulty=3 is supernova
Note: This does not mean you can do it through the ingame menu, this means when you load your game it will be as if it is at the specified difficulty. You can then save your game and your game becomes this difficulty, you can disable this patch after you have saved on Supernova.

bDisableCompanionDeath
Optionally disables permadeath for companions on Supernova difficulty

Caveats
I've only tested this with the Epic Games Store version, the MS Store requires some workarounds due to permissions with the game folder.
