Terraformed ReShade
There are plenty of reshades for The Outer Worlds, but Terraformed ReShade is the most popular by a huge margin, and it's easy to see why. Described as giving the game a new level of depth, color and graphical effects, it fully lives up to these words, increasing the detail of the textures.
However, many reshades can sometimes be too radical and aggressive to influence the original look of the game. This is not the case with Terraformed ReShade, which does a great job of making The Outer Worlds' colors bright and saturated without being overly garish and annoying. If you are a visual person by nature and value beauty first of all in any kind of art, this is a great mod for you.
A True next generation ReShade that adds a new level of depth, color, and visual effects to the original graphics of The Outer Worlds. Travelers are welcome, the Frontier awaits!
ATTENTION
Does not work with Windows Store or Game Pass versions of the game, Sorry.
INSTALLATION (Epic Games Store version)
Copy everything from the "Main files" folder to your game directory.
(e.g. ...TheOuterWorlds\Indiana\Binaries\Win64)
Disable the games Chromatic Aberration effect (optional)
Here are some instructions....Add this to your Engine.ini file.

Done! The image will not be as blurry.
Leave the in-game brightness at default, and use Fullscreen mode.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Always remove ReShade files from a previous install before installing.
Rename "dxgi.dll" to "d3d11.dll" if your game crashes at startup.
Disable third-party programs, and seek help in the forums if all else.

Supernova Patch v3.0
Supernova is the highest difficulty level in The Outer Worlds. In addition to the fact that the enemies become more merciless. It ups the ante by hindering the player in several ways, including save limits and fast travel.

Petra Texture for ADA v1.3
This mod replaces the default ADA texture with portraits of Petra from Fire Emblem: Three Houses. I manually drew all of the expressions and recolored all the frames to match the original ADA's expressions and colors as closely as possible.
