Using the forage system, you can meet several types of traders in trailerparks and town zones. Trading goods themselves act as currency. You can only make one trade per meet. Also if no trade is to be done the trader dissapears after 3 days. You can also pick up the trader and bring them into your base - they weight alot so I suggest using cars? Traders are put under "Stones" category on foraging focus.

Traders are divided into several specialization groups. All traders accept all item groups from you and all of them can trade with certain materials but only specialized traders can give you certain types of items - such as ammo, tools or medicine.

It uses a bulk trade system so you need to have a high amount of certain survival goods on you that can be traded for a package of other stuff of your choosing that also have a slight randomization added to it so same category deals won't always be the same. I recommend using Craft Helper to see exact input values for some of the trade deals as the vanilla won't show some of the unit related stuff in recipes. This mod is meant for long games and traders are rare to be found - I think. Haven't tested it in a very long game so I cant give you exact numbers.

Extra.
  • With enough "street cred" you can call a trader to your location using a ham radio.
  • In December you can find Santa Claus and make a sweet X-mas raffle with him. Raffle input is same as with other traders but the output is highly randomized set of all kinds of stuff. Even stuff that other traders won't have at all.
  • Included a shopkeeper as well. They are not part of the forage spawn system and can be placed by server admin to desired locations. They wont disappear on their own. Shopkeepers can trade everything and are not specialized.
  • Seed trade is enabled with my Hard Farming mod.

Works in SP and MP. Can be added to old savegames. Updates will work in existing savegames and no need to start a new one - maybe only unsubscribe and subscribe the mod again to be sure.

The mod adds skin sets and weapons from various games and was heavily inspired on one of my favorite mods, the cosplay mod. one of my goals when creating this was make all skins sets be divided into multiple parts so the player have more freedom of choosing
