A new wave of the global financial crisis has swept over Russia. The increase in the volume of deliveries of alcohol, tobacco and other drugs to Russia, as well as the activation of many extremist parties and movements supported by foreign special services, brought the situation in the country out of control of the Russian government. 

In one of the districts of the Southern Federal District (SFD), with the support of broad sections of the local population, the separatist party "Schweller's Teaching" seized power. The separatists announced their secession from the Russian Federation and the formation of the "South Russian Republic". Most of the employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the military personnel of the units stationed in the area went over to the side of the separatists, transferring all weapons and equipment to them. 

The Government of the Russian Federation announced the introduction of a state of emergency in this area and the creation of the Joint Group of Troops (Forces) in the Southern Federal District (OGVS in the Southern Federal District). You have been appointed commander of this group.
