This build has 15 rooms in total with 1 bed, 1 bath, and small kitchen. i added a little fridge and microwave so your sims can atleast make their food.

The lot was created using the same "Blueprint of Madisons House Party Lot" form the very first release. the lot is not 100% the same as I have added my own twist when creating it for the sims 4, just as a warning I hope you enjoy the download.

A large Family Ranch for several #Generations of ranchers set on the biggest lot in Riders Glen in Chestnut Ridge! There's space for up to 8 Sims, multiple #horses, as well as mini-goats & mini-sheep!

Thanks to our developers, now we've got more debug stuff to play with. So... I made a little street that looks similar to some of the existing deco builds. 3 studio apartments, coffeeshop and restaurant. Can be used as restaurant actually.
