Bulldozed. A Literal Clean Save For Sims 4  

Description

So I originally made this save for my own personal use, but figured, eh, maybe someone else will enjoy it as well. I start over frequently, whether just to change some minor things or redo my whole town or townies. So for that purpose, I created this. A completely bare clean save to start from scratch whenever I wanted. I found one on the Nexus a while back, but it had changed every lot to residental, even the unique ones (guessing via a mod, which kind of broke those lots), so it didn't suit my purposes.

Any-who, when I say bare, I mean bare. All lots have been bulldozed and set to residental. Though, there are some lots that still have venues, more on that in the notes. This includes all worlds and even vacation worlds. Another thing this does, is remove all townies. No pre-mades are in the game, it is completely empty.

So if you're a builder like me who likes remaking everything, including townies, then hopefully you will get use out of this. Or if you're not, open up the Gallery in game and fill those lots with community and residental lots and townies to make the worlds you want.

Now Some Notes...

• Some lots still have their default venues. This is intentional. There are unique lots in the game (Von Haunt Estate, The Bluffs, Ancient Ruins) that have their own unique venues so I didn't touch them. I bulldozed them so you can still build there, but they still have their original venue.
• The Rental lots are still present, as I didn't see a reason to change them to residental, since they act the same as resident lots (they are still bulldozed though).
• Vacation lots still have their venues cause you can't build residental lots there. So I just filled them with the minimum requirements so they wouldn't be error triangles on the map. Junk the stuff and build away whenever you want.
• The Onsen Bathhouse Venue in Mt. Komorebi can't be changed. So like the vacation lots, just tossed stuff in for the minimum requirement to keep it from having the error triangle.
• Yes... I did the apartments as well. All of them. Sorry. Good news, you can download apartments from the Gallery via the Rooms filter. Type the name of the apartment and you'll find many creations for them on the Gallery in the Room section. Remember you'll need to add stairs for the two-story ones. Usually they tell you what to do in the description if you go that route. Otherwise, apartments are all empty and ready to be built just like the lots.
• You can't actually edit Batuu. I just put it in the screenshots cause I had an empty space that was bugging me...

Requirements

So yeah, I own everything. I'm not sure how this save will play with some who only have the base game or only specific packs, but it's best to let you know ahead of time. I used base game objects when doing requirements for some lots (as mentioned above), so those shouldn't be an issue (well, except for the Onsen Bathhouse which requires Snowy Escape, but the whole Mt. Komorebi requires it as well, so... yeah).

So I won't say you need everything like I have (Base Game + All Packs), but it's recommended since I changed all the worlds. Feel free to give it a try though if you don't have everything. Will probably just only show what you own (don't think it will break anything).

Do whatever you want with it. It's just a save game. I didn't create anything here, just took a few hours to make a clean save. So reupload it elsewhere if ya want or whatever.
