Vehicle Missing Sound Fix With Optional Increased Sound Distance
Fixes vehicle sound bug that prevents other players from hearing a vehicle approaching from a distance by adding a constant vehicle sound while it is being driven. This does not replace existing sounds so some sound overlap/repeat happens.
