How to install a mod for UE4/UE5 Game ?

UE4/5 allows a simple way to replace files for modders. Here are the instructions you will need to use a PAK file mod :

If the pak file is compressed in a zip archive, you'll need to unzip it.

1. find the game's install directory. On Steam, it can be reached by right-clicking on the game's name in your library and choosing the option "browse local files".
2. Open the folder with a name like "SMG028" (not "Engine").
3. Open the "Content" folder.
4. Open the "Paks" folder.
5. Place the .pak file from the mod in this folder.
6. Launch the game and enjoy :)
