it's a custom mod i made for myself but decided to share
i sculpted this in blender following this guide

extract all files to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Hogwarts Legacy\Phoenix\Content\Paks\~mods
make sure you are not using any mod that replaces head 15
