You have 2 options for installing the mod: use FluffyQuack's modmanager or install files manually
For the modmanager:
1. download a .rar archive with the mod
2. move this .rar archive into modmanager\Games\RE5\Mods
3. enable this mod in FluffyQuack's modmanager
