Highly Improved Male Body Overhaul -HIMBO-  

HIMBO is a custbody mesh replacer for male characters.

BEFORE INSTALLING HIMBO; if you desire to have a fully naked male character with penis, please suspend your HIMBO installation, and make sure SCHLONGS OF SKYRIM works in your setup first. 

A lot of issues I have been dealing in the comment section was less about HIMBO but more about SOS installation failure.
Missing dicks, invisible crotches are not HIMBO issues. Penis assignment is solely handled by SCHLONGS OF SKYRIM. 
HIMBO is simply a MESH replacer. It does not add penises to your character at all. The entire zip has no penis mesh. 

Schlong/Penis/Dick/Male genitalia-related issues means your installation of Schlongs of Skyrim is incorrect. 
Please address above issues first before filing a comment/bug report. 

Alternatively, if Schlongs of Skyrim never seem to work for you correctly, consider its 2023 alternative, The New Gentlemen by Novelyst and Modilogist.

Description
HIMBO replaces all vanilla adult male bodies, both men, mer, and beast races with a new high poly body mesh that comes with adjustable sliders. Created in spirit of CBBE, it comes with many sliders that can be utilized in BodySlide or RaceMenu (during character creation) to create your desired body shape. HIMBO also comes with some default presets to get you started creating your body that you like. 

By default, HIMBO does not come with any additional textures, however the body is compatible with any textures made for Schlongs of Skyrim type of body. I recommend BnP, Tempered Skins or Vitruvia. Additionally HIMBO does not have genitalia mesh addition/replacements. Please use any male genital frameworks of your choice.

Features
Full Body Sliders
Taking inspiration from SAM, HIMBO also has 4 full-body sliders.

• Hugh, akin to Samuel slider, to create a chubby bodytype.
• Hassan, akin to Samson slider, to create a muscular bodytype.
• Hideo, to create a skinny bodytype. More noticeable in weight 0. 
• Hector, shaped similarly to SOS default body.
• Hank, another take of Samuel-like look of SAM, made by Gaz & Trivu.
• Hayden, a feminine shaped body split into 4 sliders. 

In addition to these 4 sliders are several other sliders inspired from CBBE's sliders as well. As of Version 4.0+ 5.0+, HIMBO now has 86 126 sliders; hopefully enough to allow users to create any body shape they want.

Presets
HIMBO comes in several pre-defined presets.

• HIMBO Daddy has average body at low weight, and has chubby, dadbod type at high weight.
• HIMBO Jack has skinny body at low weight, and has dadbod type at high weight.
• HIMBO Mike has hunky type of body at both low and high weight, submitted by my friend Darnexx.
• HIMBO Simple has skinny body at low weight and has muscular body at high weight.
• HIMBO Sultry has Tom of Finland-ish, bara body at both low and high weight, submitted by one of my patrons who wants to remain anonymous.
• HIMBO Hassan, HIMBO Hugh, and HIMBO Hideo highlights the three full-body sliders as their own presets.
• HIMBO Chonky has chubby-shaped look all weight. 
• HIMBO Zero for OBody, like its name implies, are meant to use with mods like OBody or Bodygen that requires your base shape to be at zeroed sliders. It has some minimal adjustment on the high weight to keep the body looking realistic. 

Additionally there are some presets submitted by other HIMBO users, such as : 

• HIMBO Urbon is a preset made by Urbon that I mugged lol.
• HIMBO Joseb and HIMBO Sebastian, by Foamimi.

Schlongs of Skyrim (SOS) Version or Nevernude Version
HIMBO features both naked (with SOS support) and Nevernude options.
The SOS Version features a crotch hole where your favorite SOS addon can fit seamlessly into the body. As of Version 4.0+, HIMBO UV map works now with SOS textures, thanks to Novelyst's hard work.

HIMBO has been reworked from the ground-up and now it works as a functional Schlongs of Skyrim replacer. This means any texture mods, schlong addon mods, hands/feet replacement mods that used to work with SOS, should seamlessly work with HIMBO. 
The Nevernude Version comes with a boxer briefs to cover your manly bits, made of the vanilla Ragged Trousers. 

The default package comes with the SOS version as the pre-built meshes.
If you'd rather have the Nevernude Version, you can simply build/re-build your desired body mesh of choice with BodySlide. 

Physics Version
Additionally, the Naked (SOS) HIMBO body also comes with 3 different physics version, meant to be used with CBPC or HDT-SMP.
The HDT-SMP config is taken from the HDT-BBB for SAM, which I included (with KouLeifoh's permission). Other config from said mod also works with HIMBO, so you can just copy the contents from the SAM config you prefer.
Do keep in mind that as of right now, there are no config for CBPC version until my testing is finished. (If you'd like to submit or recommend your config, please let me know!)

High Poly Body
If you desire to make a bigger build and felt like some area in the torso look blocky, consider building the high poly version. The bodyslide is labeled with suffix HP.

Armor Support
Just like how we need CBBE version of armors when using CBBE body for female characters; likewise, it is recommended that you look for HIMBO version of your armors.
In general, using armors not made for HIMBO means your character will revert to vanilla body shape. Armor that reveals open wrist/neck/ankle might have mesh gaps. 
Armors made for SOS body may not have mesh gaps, but it would lose the shapes made with HIMBO sliders. 

However, this mod comes with refits for all vanilla male armors and clothing which has HIMBO sliders embedded to them. Moreover, if you prefer skimpy/revealing vanilla outfits, I have them right here.

Additionally, jfield776 have been refitting some of the popular male armors for HIMBO. Please check out their works. 
Obviously there are also many people I'm grateful to that I couldn't list here that has made/refitted armors for HIMBO. You can search for keyword HIMBO and you should find them :D 

Also, if you'd like to refit armors for HIMBO, please follow this tutorial I made. If you could publish them in Nexus, I'd be grateful. It makes me happy that slowly but surely, more people are using HIMBO to make mods :D 

Requirements for Naked (SOS) Body
Please make sure you are using the correct version of the SKSE mods(1.5.97 or above)

• • XP32 Maximum Skeleton Special Extended - XPMSSE When prompted, install SOS compatibility.
  • Male Genital Frameworks, such as Schlongs of Skyrim v1.1.4 (v1.5.97) or The New Gentlemen (all game version)

Note about SOS: 

• • I can't guarantee HIMBO will work with self-ported SOS, or ports by other person. This one was the version that I used in my load order. This doesn't work with SOS Lite.

 Load HIMBO after SOS. 

• • Adult animations that peruses SOS will work just fine with HIMBO.

 If you're using Anniversary Edition, please use updated DLL for SOS. I won't be providing support nor answer to this sort of support question again because I DO NOT use Anniversary Edition so I have no idea how to help you.

• RaceMenu is required for RaceMenu morphs, allowing you to further customize your own body type differently than any other NPCs.If you do not use RaceMenu, you can disable RaceMenuMorphsHIMBO.esp safely.
• HDT-SMP / CBPC is required for physics-enabled body. If you choose to build a non-physics body, you don't need it. 

Load Order Recommendations
Generally, you want to follow this order :

1. Schlongs of Skyrim / The New Gentlemen
2. ---any other mods that might be in between--- 
3. HIMBO
4. ---any other mods that might be in between---
5. XPMSSE (ALWAYS PUT XPMSSE AFTER SOS/HIMBO UNLESS YOU HAVE MODS THAT ADDS CREATURE SEX ANIMATIONS)
6. Any mods that fixes/adjusts XPMSSE

This goes for the left-side pane, if you're an MO2 user; idk how to do sorting in Vortex. 

Plugin order shouldn't matter for the RaceMenuMorphsforHIMBO.esp. 
HIMBO.esp alters several Armor Addons records for those armors that doesn't have weight slider support; so if you have any other patches for the affected records, you might want to make a conflict resolution patch in xEdit. If you manually set these records to have weight slider enabled in your other plugin, you can also ditch this plugin out entirely.
