FPSconfig for performance boost v1.3

Not everyone can afford powerful gaming hardware in these troubled days, and the modding community is always eager to help those who cannot get a full gaming experience from new products due to technical limitations. In the case of The Outer Worlds, there is the FPSconfig for Performance Boost mod by VladCorvi and Crystrex users, which helps to partially solve performance problems.

This mod overhauls the game's textures, tones, and lighting to make it more accessible to lower-end gaming PCs. To the credit of the authors, they admit that this does not affect the frame rate of the game too much, but it helps to reduce the load on the GPU.

Changes:
Disabled Tonemapper, bloom, blur, dof and other heavy shaders
Tweaked LODs, Lighting, View distance, Texture streaming
Improved Temporal anti-aliasing (TAA)
Increased font size (Engine.ini - Applicatijаvascript-event-stripped1.185)

My system:
CPU: 2200g
GPU: Vega 8
RAM: 16 GB

Warning: This mod have a very small impact on FPS. It's nothing to do here beside disable all shaders and make it fullbright just like in CS:GO, Skyrim. I have no skills to do this, sorry.
I tested many solutions:
Reduce textures size - nothing happens
Disable all shadows - instant crush or white face syndrome
Disable all lighting - nothing happens
Disable all postprocess - small impact, current version

By the way, you can test and use it freely in your own mods. Good luck.

This is where the Neutral LUT reshade comes in, adding a more neutral color tone, as well as making shadowed areas more visible for the player's convenience.

It adds a unique new level of difficulty beyond what is commonly found in video games. Instead of just boosting damage, creating more hostile environments, and making enemies stronger, it allows the characters' own flaws to complicate gameplay.
